Hair or nair?

Hair, for sure.

Hope everyone’s having a fabulous weekend! So everyone has their own hair care routine and today, I’m going to share mine with you! I dye my hair pretty often and I use hot tools to style it almost every day so I try my best to take care of it. I’ve tried multiple products but the one’s I’m going to share with y’all are my “go-to’s.” Because I have such a dry scalp, along with dry hair, I use products that will help moisturize. Once a month, I apply coconut oil to my hair and allow it to soak in for about 30 minutes. This simple coconut treatment helps to hydrate my hair and give it a perfect shine. Most days my hair routine consists of showering, allowing my hair to air dry, and then I apply my Cantu shea butter leave-in conditioning cream. I let the cream sit for about 5 minutes and then add a dime size of the Aveda color conserve, which smells so good! After my hair is completely dry I apply the Pantene serum to help protect from split ends and leaves my hair looking sleek and shiny. I love this serum because it leaves my hair frizz-free, helps prevent split ends (which rocks for me), and smells great. Sometimes I use the Garnier Fructis argon oil instead of the Pantene serum just to switch it up. My hair is very soft and pretty healthy for how often I dye it but I still can’t seem to find a heat protectant, so let me know if y’all have any products that you can’t live without!

Side note: I have dry skin so I’ve started making my own body scrub which helps to moisturize my skin and leaves it smelling like vanilla, which is my favorite part. If you want to know how I make the body scrub, just let me know and I’d be happy to tell you 🙂
